All applicants to the 9th grade at Ss. Neumann Goretti are required to take our Entrance Exam. This exam determines both acceptance to our school and scholarship eligibility. In preparation for next year, we invite current 7th graders to take a practice version of the Entrance Exam on April 4, 2020. While there is no cost to take the Practice Exam, advance registration is required.
About the Test
The test consists of one section of reading and one section of math, and is taken online in our school computer lab. The exam is not timed. Most students take about an hour to complete it. Students should bring pencils. They may not bring calculators. Students are free to leave as soon as they finish the test.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the exam and the test will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Please use the 10th Street Entrance.
Parent Info Session
While the students take their test, our school President and Director of Admissions will host an information session for parents. Join us to learn about our school and the admissions process, to ensure you are fully prepared for next year! Parents are not required to attend the Info Session, but those who have attended in the past have found it helpful.
